Trainer: Qualified and experienced anger management therapist with teaching qualification

Course Content:  On completion of the course, you will:

       Understanding feelings and triggers

       Understand the Physical effects of Anger

       Understand the Psychological effects of Anger

       Understand Fantacy Vs Reality

       Understand Emotional Changes and Physical Responses

       Understand the Signs and Symptoms of Anger

       Understand people’s Responses to Anger

       Understand our Choices and Responsibility

       Understand Anger in relation to Fear

       Understand the Anger Sequence (The hamster wheel effect)

       Understanding Others empathically

       Behavioural Change – Understand Strategies that work

Who should attend?

Anyone who would like to increase their knowledge of Anger and improve their own personal development. You will understand the impact of Anger on your own life and have a greater understanding of others who are aggressive, angry and violent.
